-In a pot, add the beans,water&bring to a boil until soft&mash the beans

•1 3/4 c. mini marshmallows
•4-5 drops green food coloring

•1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

•1/2 can (6 oz) Strawberry Juice from concentrate (frozen)
•1/2 tsp strawberry Kool-Aid powder

-‎Boil egg,Peel&set aside
-Mince or grind the sausage meat season with stock cube, pepper&salt
-Place the flour in a bowl, in a second bowl break the egg&beat lightly,Place the breadcrumbs in another bowl
-Take some of the sausage meat,flatten on ur palm,wrap around the egg,dust in the flour,dip in the beaten egg,then in the bread crumbs
-Dip fry in hot oil or bake till brown&crisp on medium heat

cut the cow leg,wash&season,add a small qty of water&bring to a boil at medium heat till well cooked&set aside
Pour palm oil in a pot,add the potash mix(ie pound potash into powder,add water to dissolve,stir&sieve)stir to obtain a thick yellow paste,now add the ground crayfish,pepper,ehuru,seasoning&stir,now add the cow leg, mix&simmer
Garnish with sliced onion &thinly sliced utaz‎i leaves
